2017 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Robust yet elegant this wine is created to be complex and intriguing, it is hand crafted to capture the essence of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit characters with complexities from maturation in French Oak (8 months), malo-lactic fermentation and battonage. Aromas of apricot and orange marmalade are upfront with mouth filing with flavours of lemon butter, gooseberry and lime, finishing with creamy oak notes and crisp acidity.
