Taste Hungary Wine Club Membership
Members of the Taste Hungary Wine Club receive a mixed case of six wines every third month. Each shipment includes our educational packet, which contains tasting notes, regional information, a recipe, and other information that will help you learn more about the wines and varietals. Members receive a 20% discount on Taste Hungary tours and wine tastings. No membership fee and no commitment. You pay only the recurring subscription fees for the quarterly wine deliveries.
Membership Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time. You will be automatically charged four times per annum, just a few weeks prior to each shipment. You can cancel the membership and the next shipment at any time prior to being billed (which is on the first of the shipping months of September, December, March, and June). To cancel, send an email to wineclub@tastehungary.com or log in to your account to make the cancellation.
Credit Card Processing
Stipe is an accredited third-party financial institution that handles all the transactions through its secure servers. Wine Club memberships ($125 plus 10.25 percent tax + applicable shipping) are charged quarterly on the 1st of each month: March, June, September, and December. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “Tasting Table Budapest LLC.”

Prices may vary depending on the state. The table is located on this page and contains the most recent shipping rates. Shipping costs are based on six bottles ordered using UPS ground service or FedEx. We do not ship to government buildings or PO boxes. As of today, we ship to the following locations:
Shipping Schedule
Wine Club Orders are sent out the first two weeks of every third month. (March, June, September, and December). We will contact you if you join as a member within a few weeks after the shipment of the current collection to determine which group you would like to begin with. Shipping can take anywhere between 1 and 10 business days, depending on where you live.

Non-Wine Club Orders are usually shipped once per week. We will do our best to ship your wine by a specific date. We do not guarantee delivery dates. The wine may be on the ground for between one and seven days if we use FedEx or UPS. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Missed deliveries
As soon as the UPS tracking code is available, you’ll receive it. UPS makes three attempts to deliver. If a delivery attempt fails, they’ll leave an alert. Alcohol requires a signature from someone older than 21 years old, so the package can’t be left unattended if you’re not home. You can arrange for UPS to pick up your package at a UPS store if you receive a notification but are not able to be home the next day. Please let us know if you will be away on vacation or otherwise not able to accept the delivery. We can then hold it for you until you return. A redelivery fee may apply if your package is returned. UPS will attempt three deliveries.
You Can Ship Your Order
Tasting Table Budapest LLC transfers title and ownership to Washington DC purchasers of wine purchased on this website. In the same way, Tasting Table Budapest LLC also transfers the risk of loss to the buyer at the time the title is transferred. Tasting Table Budapest LLC is not a party to any agreement or contract that would allow a person to transport alcohol over state borders. The purchaser is responsible for shipping their wine from Washington, DC, back to their home state. Tasting Table Budapest LLC can arrange for the delivery of wine at the request of the purchaser. Tasting Table Budapest LLC provides a service and acts on behalf of the purchaser by doing this. The purchaser certifies that by using this service, he/she is in compliance with the laws of his/her state or locality regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser certifies that they have obtained all required permissions, paid all the necessary fees, are working with properly licensed intermediaries, are legally allowed to take possession, are legally permitted to take the quantities ordered, and that they’re at least 21. Tasting Table Budapest LLC has the right to select any packaging, procedures, and transporter for sold merchandise. Tasting Table Budapest LLC does not assume any liability for the buyer’s violation of any regulations. Tasting Table Budapest LLC does not accept any liability for misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the above provisions.
Jurisdiction and governing law
The Terms and Conditions, as well as any dispute or claim that arises out of, or is related to, these Terms and conditions, their subject or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims), will be governed and construed according to the laws of Washington DC, without giving effect or giving any preference to conflict or choice of law provisions or rules. The federal or Oregon state courts in Portland will be the sole venue for any legal action, suit, or proceeding that arises out of these Terms and Conditions or the www.tastehungary.us website. You agree to waive all objections you may have to the courts exercising jurisdiction over you and the venue of such courts.
Disclaimers
Tasting Table Hungary LLC reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information to third parties when required by law and when we feel that disclosure is needed to protect our interests and comply with a court order or legal process. Tasting Table Budapest LLC shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused or arising out of the consumption of products sold to customers.
Information Collection and Use
Tasting Table Budapest LLC, as the owner of all information collected through this website, is solely responsible for the data collected. We do not share or rent your information with any other organizations. On our order forms, we ask for contact information from customers (such as their name, email, shipping address, and phone number), as well as financial information (such as credit card number, expiration code, billing address, and billing phone number). These details are used only for shipping and billing to verify the legal drinking age of customers. We will contact you if we have any problems processing your order.
